PLAYA DEL CARMEN, Q. Roo, September 1, 2023.- alleged drug dealers were arrested in the vicinity of 5th Avenue, between 12th and 14th streets, in the center, in front of a place called Animalandia in Playa del Carmen.
The detainees made retail sales in a downtown area in Playa del Carmen, where the couple of men were seized by police elements.
According to a report, the group of uniformed men carried out preventive work, security as well as avoiding violence, in that same municipality, when they visualized the men in a strange way.
After the investigation they secured 10 transparent zippo bags with green leaves with the characteristics of marijuana.
The men wanted to bribe the uniformed officer but due to the volume of arrogance, and the actions of the individuals led to their arrest.
They identified themselves with the names of Iván H. C., 33 years old, originally from Mexico City, and Juan Jesús B. A., 29 years old, originally from Tabasco, both were transferred to the Public Security offices in Playa del Carmen, to later be placed available to the Quintana Roo Attorney General’s Office.
