Seven people dead – not yet identified – and four injured was the balance of a confrontation between criminal groups in Caborca, Sonora.
This was reported early Monday morning by the State Security Bureau through its Twitter account (@MesaSegSonora).
The events were recorded on Sunday evening at various points in this municipality, according to information from local media.
Following the above, authorities from the three levels of government implemented an operation in which 11 weapons of different calibers and 10 vehicles were seized.
In addition, two people were arrested “who will be questioned to clarify their alleged participation and find the others involved in the events.”
The investigation is in charge of the State Attorney General’s Office.
