Visit Mexico USA attended a WestburyLong Island event honoring New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli, on March 3, 2022, at the Westbury Manor. Representing Visit Mexico USA was the organization’s Chairman, Gary K. Levi, a long-time Nassau County resident.

“Visit Mexico USA recognizes the great economic and cultural contributions that Mexican Americans have made to Long Island and the State of New York. It was a great pleasure to join State Comptroller DiNapoli on Long Island for a celebratory event in his honor,” said Levi in a press release. 

State Comptroller DiNapoli is the 54th Comptroller of the State of New York. He was first elected to office in 1986 as a New York State Assemblyman, representing the 16th District in northeastern Nassau County, which he then served for two decades.

He was elected State Comptroller in 2007, with bipartisan support. He is a cum laude graduate of Hofstra University and hold’s a master’s degree from the New School University

Principals of Visit Mexico USA include prominent businessman and real estate investor Kent M. Swig (whose family founded the world-renowned Fairmont Hotels); business innovator, leader, and former New York State government official Gary K. Levi; and Alvaro Vitolo, an international business development executive with extensive Mexican business experience.
