The International Star Diamond Award is the prize that The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences (AAHS) awards each year to a few restaurants around the world. This year after an exhaustive evaluation and review by Mr. Cinque, the AAHS has awarded six of the Anderson’s Group brands; the best restaurant group in Mexico.
This award is desired by many, but given to very few. This is because the standards to be met to receive it take a lot of time and dedication. The international board of directors meets every year to analyze which establishments around the world meet the following requirements and also pass the exhaustive evaluations in terms of hospitality, quality, attitude, cleanliness and, above all, service.
The restaurant consortium was recognized for the excellence of its service, quality, hospitality and cleanliness.
To celebrate the delivery of these awards, a gala was organized at Ilios Greek Estiatorio, located on Masaryk Avenue, one of the group’s most recognized and successful restaurants, which was attended by David Krouham, General Director; Jan Krouham, Director of Operations, and Carlos Castro, Director of Marketing, who received this award on behalf of Grupo Anderson’s; They were accompanied by celebrities such as Carla Estrada, Pascal Nadaud, Ana Jimena Villanueva, Teffy Valenzuela, Julio Bracho, Paco Zea and Pedro Monitel, among others.
