Nuevo León seeks to promote economic reactivation with tourist attractions

Monterrey, Nuevo León.- To promote economic reactivation in Nuevo León, the State Government held the “2021 Travel and Adventure Festival”, a face-to-face event where attendees were invited to explore the available tourist attractions.

The exhibition was held on June 19 and 20 at the Monterrey International Business Center, CINTERMEX in the Special Events Room.

Although the event was face-to-face, the participants and visitors observed at all times the recommendations of the Ministry of Health in the face of the pandemic.

State authorities reported that the objective of the festival was to establish contacts with potential clients, do business, improve the image and obtain information on new trends, niches, and market segments.

The event was aimed at those interested in adventure destinations or in search of friendly tourism for weddings, LGBT +, Seniors, Disabled, among other specific niches.

The event had the participation of specialists looking to promote tour operators, tourist attractions, agencies, transportation, sporting goods, travel accessories, banking, hotels, resorts, museums, parks, and flagship attractions.

Miguel Ángel Cantú, General Director of the Nuevo León Tourism Development Corporation, assured that the range of available destinations was very wide and the event was a success.
