Canadian citizen reported as missing is found in Veracruz

A citizen of Canadian origin, identified as 37-year-old Pascal Rouleau, reported missing in Veracruz, was located on Wednesday, May 12th.

The State Search Commission had issued an alert and a file with the data of the foreigner, who was last seen on May 10th, walking on Manuel Ávila Camacho Boulevard in the municipality of Veracruz.

Pascal Rouleau’s father reported that they had found him, that his son was walking disoriented along Santos Abascal Street and Avila Camacho Boulevard.

By only speaking French, he could not communicate with the porteños to ask for help or to return to his house in the Reforma subdivision, and apparently, he was wandering the streets of Veracruz for more than 48 hours.
