The municipality of Culiacán continues in the first place in terms of new coronavirus patients

Culiacán, Sinaloa.- This Monday, being the 284th day since the first case of Covid-19 was detected in Sinaloa, the Ministry of Health reported that 85 patients with the virus were added in the state, Culiacán being the municipality with the most cases totaled in the last 24 hours.

With 44 new cases in the state capital, 24 in Ahome, 14 in Guasave, and 3 in Navolato, which adds a total of 419 positive patients to the virus in Sinaloa.

Likewise, the Secretariat detailed that 75 new people recovered from coronavirus, 50 from Culiacán, 16 from Mazatlán, three from Ahome and Navolato; and two from Sinaloa Municipality and Angostura.

Specifying that 10 deaths were reported, five from Culiacán, three from Ahome, and two more from Mazatlán, which adds up to a total of 3,986 deaths from coronavirus in the state, since the pandemic began.

Likewise, he pointed out that of the total of active patients, 32 percent are hospitalized, of which 1.7 percent are in serious condition. Specifically, there are 1,241 people suspected of the virus in the state.
