This Monday during the AMLO conference, the head of the Profeco warned about monopolistic practices in the sale of fuels in the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa.

Ricardo Sheffield Padilla urged other dealers to enter areas where bad practices of entrepreneurs that cover a large area and exceed prices have been detected, without giving citizens the opportunity to obtain them fairly.

“The abuse that is made of a monopolistic practice, in the area they work in which they will be influencing so that some municipality can take a permit and operate a gas station and break the monopoly and that some former president or former governor break the operation.” .

Another area in which monopolistic practices have been detected is León Guanajuato.
