Motorcycle Registration Module in Tizimín, Yucatán

3

The Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) announces that, starting March 2, 2026, a motorcycle registration module will be available in Tizimín, with the aim of facilitating the process for residents of this municipality and nearby towns in the eastern part of the state.

The service is primarily aimed at new motorcycles and motorcycles that have never been registered, so that their owners can regularize their status and have current documentation. The module is located at Calle 45 No. 492, between Calles 62 and 64, Colonia Benito Juárez (across from the Zoo).

To schedule an appointment, please visit the following website: agendapolicia.yucatan.gob.mx and select the Tizimín module, which will be available starting March 1.

Maintaining an up-to-date vehicle registry strengthens security: it allows for faster identification of vehicles involved in traffic incidents, facilitates the location of vehicles in case of theft or loss, and provides legal certainty for those who buy, sell, or transfer vehicles. An organized registry also helps improve operational coordination and emergency response by providing verifiable data on the vehicle and its owner.

The SSP (Secretariat of Public Security) urges citizens to register their motorcycles and keep their documentation in order. For requirements and details of the process, it is recommended to consult official channels and the website https://tramites.yucatan.gob.mx/

The SSP acknowledges the responsible participation of the public and the work of the staff who will be providing service at this module, which is aimed at strengthening traffic order and security in the region.
