Authorities arrested him after intercepting his vehicle, in which he was traveling with his partner.

According to information confirmed by the State Attorney General’s Office, the detainees were identified as José Rafael “N”, alias “El Dóber”, son of “Doña Lety”, the alleged leader of a criminal group based in the Alfredo V. Bonfil district, and Valeria Teresita “N”, also known as Arelia “N”, his partner.

During the vehicle search, agents found green and dried plant material, white powder, and a handgun with gold-plated decorations, possibly gold, with two loaded magazines.
