Facebook user Jessiemay Moreno posted the following message on the Expats Living in Mexico FB page:
We are looking for this man, who is connected to the murder of Gelacio Moreno, which occurred on Saturday, November 15, 2025, in Dallas, Texas.
It is believed that this person could have fled to Rio Grande, Zacatecas.
The wanted person is named Baltazar Alicio Soto Garcia, known as “The Cat” or “Gatillo”, and he always wears dark lenses because his left eye is damaged.
If anyone has any information that could assist authorities in the investigation, please contact local police or relevant authorities immediately.

The case is: 164618-2025.
Our family is asking for justice for my uncle Gelacio Moreno, and any information can help.
