His Grupo Elektra targets lower-middle-class consumers who borrow money from his banking arm, Banco Azteca, to buy items at Elektra stores. September 1, 2025, was a dark day for human rights in Mexico.

From now on, we will add a date to our calendars that must be recognized as very important and that we will always remember.

September 1, 2025, will go down in history as a dark day for human rights in our beloved Mexico. And no, it’s not because the date coincides with the delivery of the first government report of the inept president, the “person who guards” of the Executive Branch.

Very few people realized that today marks the consummation of the coup d’état conceived and executed by Andrés Manuel López Obrador and his More-Narco Criminal Organization (Organiazación Criminal More-Narcos: OCMN).

First, they stole, with premeditation, malice aforethought, and advantage, control of the electoral judicial branch: the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judicial Branch. This was the first masterstroke that made all the subsequent shenanigans possible.

Then they went after control of the electoral executive branch, the INE (National Institute of Statistics and Census).

This second masterstroke made it possible to legitimize the perverse self-assignment of 75% of the representatives when they only obtained 54% of the popular vote. It was another great victory for this criminal organization, the OCMN.

Subsequently, the OCMN’s second boss, Adán Augusto López, perfectly executed a blackmail and bribery operation against four weak opposition senators who were preventing them from achieving the two-thirds supermajority needed to pass a constitutional amendment in the Senate.

In this way, they managed to rewrite the Constitution to their liking. All of this was fraudulently legitimized by the co-opted Federal Judiciary.

This was followed by the fast-track promulgation, without conforming to the slightest legislative decency, of the judicial reform and a series of absurd and contradictory laws and regulations.

In the end, the OCMN itself failed to respect its own constitutional changes when drafting its secondary legislation.

This is the historical account of the sinister and evil acts carried out by the OCMN gangsters, with which they have put an end to the system of separation of powers in our country.

Today, a new one-party dictatorship begins.
The human rights of Mexicans are now left without any defenders.

The OCMN can do whatever it wants. The most serious thing is not the formation of the new Supreme Court, which may be subject to much criticism, but the fact that there is no institution left to defend individual rights against the abuses of this More-Narco Organization.

One example is homicide, the violation of the most fundamental human right: the preservation of life itself. If the executive branch, through the police, fails to protect the victims, the judiciary should have the responsibility to punish the guilty through their sentences.

Another example is theft, the violation of the second most fundamental human right: property. When the main thief in these times is the MORENA Criminal Organization, which specializes in huachicol, smuggling, commissionable contracts, extortion, and tax extortion, to name just a few of its criminal activities, who will defend people’s property? The thieves themselves?

Finally, there is slavery, the violation of the third most fundamental human right: freedom.

The main violator of the right to freedom is the MORENA Criminal Organization itself, through its control over the hastily fabricated laws and regulations that arbitrarily enslave and imprison individuals.

Who will defend people’s freedom now?

Yes, there are good reasons to remember this date in the future. But it will not be for progress, but for a huge setback in the life of our country.
