What can cause a stroke? The saddest thing is that, in many cases, the body had already given signs… but no one understood them in time.
That’s why I ask you to listen carefully.
Your body can warn you up to a month in advance that something is wrong.
Sign 1: Frequent Nausea and Dizziness
Many people arrive at the hospital saying they’ve been experiencing nausea or dizziness for weeks, thinking it was “the heat” or “stress.”
However, in reality, these symptoms may indicate a circulation problem in the brain.
If you don’t have a clear cause (such as pregnancy, poisoning, or infection), see a doctor.
Sign 2: Difficulty Speaking or Understanding Others
It’s not normal to slur your speech or suddenly find yourself unable to understand simple phrases.
This could be a neurological disorder caused by a lack of oxygen to the brain.
Sometimes it begins gradually, days or even weeks before the event.
Sign 3: Extreme fatigue and constant headaches
This isn’t just about being “work-exhausted.”
It’s a rare tiredness that doesn’t go away even with a good night’s sleep.
And if it’s accompanied by daily headaches or if they worsen over time, it could be an early warning sign of a stroke.
Sign 4: Numbness on One Side of the Body
Do you feel like an arm, leg, or half of your face suddenly goes numb?
Do you drop your coffee cup for no reason?
This could be a mini-stroke or a warning sign that a part of your brain is already shutting down.
Sign 5: Sudden Vision Changes
Seeing double, blurry vision, or feeling like one eye isn’t focusing properly…
This could indicate a blocked artery in your brain or a loss of blood pressure.
If left untreated, it could lead to a stroke.
Recommendations from medical staff:
- Get checked out if you experience any of these symptoms.
Please don’t ignore them. It’s not “age” or “stress.” - Control your blood pressure.
It’s the number one silent cause of strokes. - Watch your diet and walk daily.
Always keep in mind that bad habits and a sedentary lifestyle can also kill you.
