Cesar Millan is a Mexican-American dog trainer known for his expertise in canine behavior and rehabilitation. Born in Culiacán, Mexico, in 1969, he immigrated to the U.S. and gained fame through his television series, Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan, which aired from 2004 to 2012.

His approach emphasizes calm-assertive leadership to help dogs overcome behavioral issues. Millan has authored bestselling books, founded the Dog Psychology Center, and launched various training programs. His work has influenced dog owners worldwide, promoting a deeper understanding of canine psychology and effective training techniques.

César Millán, better known as “The Dog Whisperer,” originally from the Mexican state of Sinaloa, participated in the relocation of 700 animals from the Ostok Sanctuary in Culiacán, Sinaloa.

According to various sources, the lack of security in the state has forced the sanctuary’s caretakers to stop caring for the animals, so they were relocated to Mazatlán.

The sanctuary’s Instagram account shared a video of the emotional moment in which César Millán explains that he returned after 30 years of living in the US to support the efforts.
