After a sulfur leak was reported at a Pemex plant in Tula, Hidalgo, workers had to be evacuated.

A sulfur leak has been reported at the Miguel Hidalgo refinery in Tula, Hidalgo, prompting the evacuation of workers and alerting nearby residents.

According to initial reports, a power failure caused the gas to accumulate. When the system was restored, it released the gas, creating a dense yellow cloud.

No one has been affected so far, but Civil Protection has begun a patrol to verify suspected risks.
