Cuauhtémoc Blanco announced on Tuesday, February 11, that he plans to present an initiative that seeks to defend men from sexual abuse and defamation made by a woman.
The former governor of Morelos and now federal legislator and member of Morena maintains that the accusation of attempted rape filed against him by his half-sister Nidia Fabiola is false, which motivated him to promote the proposal in Congress.
“I will continue fighting because this can happen to any of you (…), what they are doing to me, destroying my image, is not correct,” declared the former soccer player and now politician, who in addition to the accusations of attempted rape, could also face charges of illicit enrichment and embezzlement.
