In coordination with KIA Mexico, the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) called on motorists to have their cars checked due to a fault in their latest models.
Profeco explained that the recall affects 1,784 units of the KIA K4 Sedan 2025 model because the position light (front quarters) could turn off when the directional light or flashing lights are activated.
What is the risk in the KIA vehicle?
This could increase the risk of an accident, due to an inappropriate perception of the position and width of the car, so the front quarters will be inspected and, if necessary, the variant operation coding of the front headlights will be reprogrammed.
