Seven bodies are found on the Mazatlán-Culiacán highway

Around 7 a.m. on Wednesday, November 13, local authorities were informed of the discovery of approximately seven bodies on the Mazatlán-Culiacán highway, at kilometer 116, near the Laguna de Canachi community.

According to the report, there were between five and six bodies piled up on the highway, and, at another point, two other corpses were detected.

In images circulating on social networks, the bodies can be seen piled up, one of them decapitated and with an axe on one side, and next to the bodies were left two cardboard boxes with messages to a criminal group.

Likewise, two other lifeless bodies were located on the side of the road, near the Carrizalejo community, belonging to the municipality of Sanalona, ​​so far they are unknown, it is mentioned that they show signs of torture.

When people were passing by the road, they noticed that the men were lying on the side of the road right at the cemetery.

They quickly notified the security forces so that they could secure the area. It is presumed that these people, already dead, were left during the night.

On social networks, images were published in which the victims can be seen with their buttocks uncovered, one of them was wearing blue-gray shorts, without a shirt, and bruises could be seen on various parts of his body. The other victim was wearing a checkered shirt and pants that were black or dark gray. These people were young in appearance and were tied up. In addition, those responsible for killing them placed barbed wire around their necks.

For their part, the competent authority will be the one to process the crime scene and collect all kinds of evidence at the scene. With this event, there are already four bodies found this week in the same community. The first two were located on Monday.

Once the corresponding proceedings are concluded, the bodies will be deposited in the Morgue so that tests can be performed and they can be delivered to their relatives.
