The traditional Day of the Dead Parade returns to Guadalajara!

The traditional Day of the Dead Parade Guadalajara 2024 will return to the streets of the capital of Jalisco.

The event will take place on November 2, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Volunteers will participate in the route with special clothing, music, and choreography for the occasion.

The route will begin at the Parque de la Penal, advancing along Javier Mina and Juárez, until reaching Enrique Díaz de León.

As part of the celebrations, this year a festival will also be held on November 1 and 2 next to the Cathedral.

Details will be announced later, but there will be dancing, live music, workshops for all ages, and a Catrina catwalk.

The Day of the Dead Parade Guadalajara 2024

To do so, they must pick up their official bracelet by October 12 at the organizers’ office, which is located at Pedro Moreno 887.

The registration fee is 25 pesos per person to parade and children can participate as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

It is only requested that attendees dress in Day of the Dead costume (not Halloween) since people or vehicles that do not do so will not be allowed to circulate.
