The long-awaited Milan Fashion Week 2024 was full of surprises and one of them was the appearance of Emma Coronel Aispuro and Mariel Colón, the wife and lawyer of drug trafficker Joaquín El Chapo Guzmán, respectively, who made their debut in the fashion world with the help of designer April Black Diamond.
The show took place at the iconic Palazzo Serbelloni, a historic residence once home to Napoleon during his stay in Italy. This majestic setting provided the perfect backdrop for a collection that sought to redefine fashion and the public perception of one of its models.
Before the big show, every detail of the preparation was shared on the social networks of Emma Coronel, Mariel Colón, and April Black Diamond, from the makeup and hair sessions to the choice of dazzling wedding dresses.
On the eve, Coronel Aispuro and Colón also shared images of the special gifts they received, the places they visited, and the restaurants where they ate and celebrated.
