NUEVO LAREDO, TAMAULIPAS.- Through social networks, some photographs were released in which a supposed ‘come, come’ is seen arriving to work in a luxury van.
A man who works as a “viene-viene” caused the astonishment of social media users when he was caught on camera driving a Hummer, which has raised speculation about how much a person who is dedicated to alerting motorists can earn.
The images were captured in the border city of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, where the man is seen driving and parking the luxury vehicle.
These have raised several questions for users, as some cannot believe that someone who does not have a stable job can afford the maintenance of a truck of this model.
Other users on social networks say that the man might be working as an “undercover” for the cartel.
But the fact is that the man is known locally as someone who works for coins and is seen driving around the neighborhood in a $4,000 or $5,000 thousand dollar vehicle.
What is a “Viene-viene”?
A person who informally manages a section of an on-street parking space to “take care of” cars and asks for a tip or demands payment for parking. Synonyms: car caretaker, “Franelero” (in Mexico).
However, others have come to the man’s defense, who argue that the man achieved it based on effort and hard work.
In one of the comments they say that the unit belonged to someone else and was lent to the man who appeared in the images, but in another, they say that the worker starts his day from 8 in the morning to 7:00 p.m.
