While President Andrés Manuel López Obrador is recovering from his third COVID-19 infection, his controversial eldest son, José Ramón López Beltrán, was captured on Friday night and Saturday afternoon at a party at the exclusive Mexico Open Golf tournament at Vidanta, in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.

In the photographs published by the Tribuna de la Bahía news outlet, you can see the protagonist of the controversial “Casa Gris” sitting in one of the VIP areas, talking and drinking with his companions, he was also wearing a white shirt, shorts, and sandals.

López Beltrán remained on the site with some friends; Although there were no security guards in charge of the custody of López Obrador’s son, a military checkpoint was reported in the vicinity of the event venue.

Mexico City-based newspaper Reforma assured that they saw him talking with Iván Octavio Chávez Saúl, son of Daniel Chávez Morán, founder of Vidanta, a tourist consortium with 30 luxury developments in the country, including the Riviera Maya.

In addition to ensuring that thanks to the company interceding, AMLO’s eldest son has a TN visa to work in the United States.

The official PGA TOUR tournament was held at the Vidanta Vallarta Golf Course, where 144 players who occupy the first places in the world ranking participated.
