Aeroclúster de Querétaro and AeroMontreal sign a
Memorandum of Understanding

With the aim of continuing to strengthen alliances within the airline industry, the governor, Mauricio Kuri González, witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the representatives of Aeroclúster de Querétaro and AeroMontreal, a document that establishes the bases of cooperation between both instances and that will allow promoting the promotion and growth of the aerospace sector in the regions.


Under this agreement, the Querétaro and Québec aerospace cluster will share information and exchange the best industry practices in terms of innovation and technological development to be more competitive; they will also encourage participation in joint activities; as well as strategies and initiatives that promote common objectives and the development of an action plan.


Created in 2006, AeroMontreal is a strategic think tank that brings together the main players in the Quebec aerospace sector, including companies, educational institutions, and research associations and unions. Its mission is to mobilize the Québec aerospace cluster to support its growth and influence on the world stage. During the meeting, the governor was accompanied by the president of AeroMontreal, Suzanne Benoit; the chief of staff, Rogelio Vega Vázquez Mellado; the Secretary of Sustainable Development, Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero; the director of Industrial Development, Alejandro Sterling Sánchez; the president of the Querétaro Aerocluster, Verónica Méndez; as well as members of the AeroMontreal organization
