Carpets and offerings will give life to the celebration of Todos Santos, from October 28 to November 2.

The rugs, carpets, and huge traditional offerings will give life to the First Festival “Live in Huamantla the Day of the Dead”, which will take place from October 28 to November 2 in the main streets of that Magical Town, in the state of Tlaxcala.

The realization of this event, which will combine the ephemeral art of Huamantla with the celebration of the Day of the Dead, is at the proposal of the Tlaxcalan singer Carlos Rivera, who has seen constant use of Huamantla rugs in other parts of the country.

the municipal president of Huamantla, Salvador Santos Cedillo, explained that in addition to the rugs and carpets that will have important characters embodied, people will be able to enjoy a Catrina, placed on a platform, made with different offerings.

For the Day of the Dead, a series of different concepts have been designed specifically for Huamantla. This a unique concept and it is based on artistic and artisan techniques and talents.
