PLAYA DEL CARMEN. – An American tourist who was traveling by car from north to south on federal highway 307, crashed into a light, for which she had to be taken to an emergency clinic, in the section between this city and Tulum.

The foreigner collided at the height of the Barceló Maya Beach hotel, after advancing along the shoulder next to the return, without realizing that it ended before the Cristalino cenote, probably due to the lack of lighting at this point.

The car collided with the garrison, causing it to roll several times before colliding with the base of a light fixture.

Paramedics arrived at the scene, who took the injured woman, leaving the vehicle flagged down by firefighters, since the National Guard had not yet arrived.
