Lyle will stand trial on a manslaughter charge tied to the March 31, 2019 road rage incident that left Juan Ricardo Hernández Sr. dead

A security camera caught Hernández Sr. trying to open the door of an SUV driven by Lyle’s brother-in-law Lucas Delfino.

Delfino stepped out of the vehicle and confronted the 63-year-old Cuban man but ran back after he saw it was moving into an intersection.

Lyle then ran out from the passenger’s seat and started a fight with Hernández Sr., whom he knocked out.

Hernández Sr. suffered a brain injury and was on life support before his family agreed to disconnect him. He died on April 4th.

And now, after three years in prison, actor Pablo Lyle’s trial finally has a date.

On September 19, the trial against the 35-year-old Mexican actor will begin. Lyle is charged with involuntary manslaughter when he assaulted a 63-year-old man on a Miami street in 2019. About 300 people will be summoned to select the jury.
