On Thursday, July 14th, three more homicides were registered in municipalities of the State of Mexico, one in Valle de Chalco and two more in Naucalpan, bringing the total to 32 murders in less than a week.
On Friday, July 15th, the dismembered body of a man was found in Valle de Chalco, near the Mexico-Puebla highway, with a message from the Knights Templar.
While two bodies were abandoned inside a car in the streets of the San Rafael Chamapa neighborhood, in Naucalpan.
On Saturday, July 16th, two more homicides were reported in different events, in the municipalities of Ecatepec and Ixtapaluca, reported the Secretariat of Citizen Security, which so far totaled 29 deaths in the State of Mexico.
Last weekend, at least 15 executions were reported in different municipalities. In Toluca alone, five half-naked bodies were abandoned, with signs of torture and the coup de grâce, on public roads in the state capital Toluca.
