A shooting in Cuernavaca shopping center leaves no injured (VIDEO)

CUERNAVACA, MORELOS.- Police activity was registered at a shopping mall in Cuernavaca, the state capital of Morelos, in Central Mexico, on the evening of Saturday, June 26th. The police officers showed up on reports of a shooting on the premises.

State and Municipal Police officers arrived on site and found civilians hiding underneath the tables of the Food Court area of the shopping center.

According to the police report, a shooting took place inside the premises of the Forum shopping mall in Cuernavaca, Morelos, on the evening of Saturday, June 26.

Reports indicate that gunshots took place near one of the restaurants in the Food Court area, prompting a police deployment inside and outside the shopping center, one of the most exclusives in Cuernavaca.

Fortunately, the police report indicates no casualties.

Local police authorities apparently took control of the situation and cordoned off the area. Increased security was registered inside the facility, but apparently, no arrests have been made so far in relation to these events.
