In the city of Querétaro, Álamos Lifestyle Center was formally inaugurated, a mixed development that had an investment of more than 600 million pesos (mdp).

The development of KIVA Grupo Inmobiliario is located in one of the most valuable areas of the city and has 7 thousand square meters (m2) of offices, 5 thousand m2 of commercial area, as well as a multipurpose area.

For real estate developers, Querétaro provides economic potential and investment opportunities, as well as employment.

The group said the development began construction in 2018 and is fully complete; the spaces are distributed in three floors and the three levels of underground parking have 500 spaces. 

In addition, it is a sustainable building that complies “with all the necessary certifications and inspections in risk control and safety, as it has a regulated temperature and all the services within its reach.”

Jaime Flores, general director of KIVA, highlighted that the company has been in Querétaro since 2016, “we estimate that we have invested approximately 2.5 billion pesos in the state and we will continue to invest.

“We have around 150 thousand m2 today already developed and operating in Querétaro, which is the same amount that we have in Guadalajara; it is the sixth project we have finished,” he was quoted as saying in a statement.

Álamos Lifestyle Center was inaugurated on April 28.

He added that Álamos Lifestyle Center is located in a residential area that has been consolidated over different generations; “the capital gain, as well as the quality of life, can improve with this type of construction”.
