The ‘Best Companies 2022’ list is an annual ranking of the 25 most attractive companies to work for in Mexico and is compiled from data extracted exclusively from LinkedIn.

LinkedIn this week released its annual Best Companies to Work For in Mexico list, which lists companies that drive long-term professional success for their employees.

According to the social network, to prepare this year’s list, the data of seven pillars that favor professional evolution were analyzed: the capacity for growth, the development of skills, the stability of the company, external opportunities, affinity with the company, gender diversity and the level of academic training.

These are the 25 #LinkedIn Best Companies this year in Mexico:

1. IBM

IBM is the parent company of Aspera and IBM Consulting, among others.

Employees in Mexico: 8 thousand 910.

Most valued skills: Docker, Node.js, Java.

IBM launched a global plan to provide technology education to more than 30 million people in the face of the new demands of the world of work.

2. Femsa

FEMSA is the parent company of Coca-Cola FEMSA and OXXO, among others.
