The most important multicultural entrepreneurship and technology event arrives in Aguascalientes.
On April 1 and 2, Aguascalientes will host the first edition of the Meta Fest, the most important event for entrepreneurship, creativity, and culture, which will hold its first edition at the Tecnológico de Monterrey facilities and will bring together creatives, technologists, entrepreneurs, and artists, with a program made up of more than 50 totally free activities.
The meeting is jointly organized by the State Government through the Secretariat of Economic Development (SEDEC), the Unreasonable Mexico accelerator, Startup Mexico, and the Tecnológico de Monterrey. The initiative was conceived in 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the forum had to be postponed for two years.
The undersecretary of MiPyMES at SEDEC, Luis Cabrera Jiménez, said that the Meta Fest was conceived from the beginning in which the ecosystems of makers, entrepreneurs, technologists, and artists converged in the same space aimed at promoting the creation of new trends, as well as as the exhibition of new proposals and technologies in favor of state and national socioeconomic, educational, technological and artistic development.
the program will feature the participation of speakers of the stature of:
- Pepe Gordon , novelist, essayist and journalist.
- Kirén Miret , writer, businesswoman and executive producer of Shark Tank Mexico.
- Tom Chi , former head of experience at Google X and founder of Factory X.
- Braulio Arsuaga Losada , CEO of Grupo Presidente, president of the National Tourism Business Council, Shark of the Shark Tank Mexico Program.
- Arturo Galván , founder of Infosel, the first internet company in Mexico.
- Diego Ruzzarin , influencer and specialist in Experience Design.
- Juan Lombana , considered one of the best digital marketers in the world by Google and one of the 40 promises of business by Forbes.
