Survey says 47% of the Mexican population approve AMLO’s new airport (AIFA)

According to a national media survey, 47 percent of the Mexican population rates the works of the new Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA) as good or very good.

The study, published on Friday, March 18th, reveals that 32 percent believe that the project is bad or very bad, while 45 percent believe that commercial aviation will improve with the AIFA.

Meanwhile, 15 percent believed that it will get worse and 33 percent that it will remain the same. The survey was conducted by telephone to 500 citizens.

This Monday, March 21, the new airport will be inaugurated, which already has the certification to operate, according to Luis Cresencio Sandoval, Secretary of National Defense.
