How to choose the best all-inclusive resorts in Mexico

930

To find the best all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, we weighed each property’s features and amenities and combed through reviews from people who’d been there, loved that.

All of our picks have an average TripAdvisor rating of four stars, though most have between 4.5 and five stars.

While there are hundreds of all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, our top picks all needed to have a beautiful beachfront location (private beaches were a bonus).

It’s worth noting, however, that while all of our final contenders are located on the beach, some of the water is not swimmable.

Cabo San Lucas, for example, boasts beautiful beaches, but due to the Sea of Cortez’s strong waves, a majority of the beaches here are not ideal—nor safe—for swimming, surfing, or paddling.

On-site activities were also a must. Whether through cooking classes, beachfront yoga, or kayaking, our all-inclusive resort picks add value in the form of fun activities.

Nightly entertainment, live music, and kids’ clubs were not requirements, but in our book, they are nice perks, which is why we were sure to highlight properties with these amenities too.
