The former worker denounced that she would have been imprisoned for 20 months after she filed a labor lawsuit against Roberto Palazuelos Badeaux for unjustified dismissal.

former employee of the single pre-candidate of the Citizen Movement for the Government of Quintana Roo, Roberto Palazuelos Badeaux, revealed that she was imprisoned after suing the businessman for unjustified dismissal.

In addition, the woman identified as Albina Amador, said that the hotels of the actor and businessman, now a politician, dump sewage polluting the sea.

In an interview with the journalist Luis Cárdenas, the former employee explained that in 2011 she sued Roberto Palazuelos for unjustified dismissal.

“In 2012, he [Palazuelos] sends me some messages: ‘You don’t know who you’re messing with, I’m going to send you a summons.’ And in July I was arrested, ”he assured.

In this regard, he pointed out to the candidate for Citizen Movement to put her in jail for 20 months. It was not until March 7, 2014, that she achieved her freedom.

The former employee said that she remained in prison accused of attempted extortion. So, while she was in prison, the award ruled in her favor.

“They violated my rights, they did not notify me that I had won. Fifteen days before Roberto Borge (ex-governor of Quintana Roo) comes out, another award comes out in his favor,” he stated.

Due to the background, the former employee fears that Roberto Palazuelos, if he wins the Governorship, will take revenge against his opponents as he assured in an interview.

That is why he fears for his life “because if he did it once, he can do it again.” And it is that he remembered that using her influence, the actor locked her up for a year and eight months.

The businessman has also declared on previous occasions that he participated in a double homicide and that he would “settle accounts” if he reaches the Governor’s Office. Photo: Screenshot.

This is not the first time that Palazuelos has been immersed in controversy, especially since the Citizen Movement named him a candidate for the Governorship of Quintana Roo.

In an interview given to Yordi Rosado in 2020, the orange party candidate commented that he had participated in the murder of two people when, in a shootout in Mexico City in 2001, he and his companions acted “in self-defense.”

“I had a .380 with a carry from the [National] Defense Secretariat, which is the caliber you can carry. He brought an Army lieutenant with an exclusive-use 9-millimeter and a Colombian ‘gangster’ friend,” he recounts happily on the program  La interview con Yordi Rosado,  which is broadcast on YouTube and other platforms.

After his statements, Palazuelos corrected himself and said that he had never killed anyone and had only shot into the air. “I never killed anyone, it was in legitimate defense, I have no criminal record,” he emphasized at a press conference on February 8.
