The Mexican engineer at NASA, Luis Velasco Velasquez visited the state and during his tour of the entity, he said: “Because of the complete ecosystem and infrastructure being created in Hidalgo, Governor Omar Fayyad’s commitment is one that other countries and governments must fulfill. The time is now, the time is right.”
