Mazatlan Sinaloa.- On Tuesday afternoon, the recovery of water in Mazatlán will begin and it will be until next Friday that the supply of drinking water is normalized, said the general manager of the Municipal Board of Potable Water of Mazatlán (Jumapam), Luis
Gerardo Núñez Gutiérrez.
The official affirmed that water is reaching all the homes so that they have at least little water.
He reiterated that the production of water fell more than 60 percent in Los Horcones, as a consequence of the rupture of the
Conagua canal, between dams 3 and 4.
Jumapam began with alternating water pipelines to better distribute the little liquid that it was producing to supply the city.
There are more than 50 affected settlements including the Centro area, around Villa Galaxia, and the Surroundings.
