- District Iconia plans the construction of a vertical housing tower along with services for the community in a space of just over 13 hectares adjacent to the Guadalajara City Council.
The project, located in Huentitán, Guadalajara, will offer different real estate alternatives, which will allow the creation of a comprehensive environment.

Guaranteeing water to the complex and its surroundings was part of the project to integrate a sustainable master plan.
To achieve this, different engineering and technology studies were carried out to solve the challenges of large cities. Among them, have drinking water services.
Among the studies carried out, there was a geological evaluation and hydrogeological studies reinforced with electrical geophysics.
With these, it was possible to determine the location of two points to make deep water wells that exceed the demand of the development and guarantee sustainability.
The water will not only be for the Iconia District, it may also be added to the Huentitán municipal area to supply the new spaces planned in conjunction with the city council.
Thus, public areas such as gardens, linear parks, and a high-performance sports complex that will be built will benefit.
The collection and treatment of wastewater complement the sustainable project of the Iconia District. The master plan has a sewage treatment plant generated from the areas surrounding the project.
This will obtain irrigation water for public green areas such as the Huentitán Natural Park, the Guadalajara Zoo. The new recreation areas for the projected community will also benefit.
