In San Rafael, Tlalmanalco, there was a short circuit in an electrical substation. Authorities have not yet issued a report on the damage caused.
According to a video uploaded on social networks in San Rafael, Tlalmanalco in the State of Mexico, there was an explosion in a substation property of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) in that region.

It was reported that emergency bodies arrived at the scene to verify the damage that this discharge could have caused.
After the incident, the power went out in the San Rafael area and part of the Amecameca municipality. No injuries are reported since the explosion took place in a paper factory that is no longer operating, and therefore there were no people on site.
