Los Cabos naval personnel rescue American at sea

The Mexican Navy Secretariat as the National Maritime Authority, acting as the Coast Guard, through the Los Cabos Naval Sector reports that today, personnel from the Naval Search, Rescue and Maritime Surveillance Station (ENSAR) Los Cabos evacuated a person of US nationality who was aboard a sailboat named “Cabo Adventures 10”, near the Arch, in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur.

This action was carried out in response to an emergency call by telephone by the Manager of the Cabo Adventures Company, in which he reported that a female person, of United States nationality, had suffered a fall and had back injuries, for which he requested evacuation support for her medical care.

Therefore, the ENSAR Los Cabos was immediately ordered to set sail for a Defender-type vessel to go to the designated place in order to provide the requested support and safeguard human life at sea.

Once the rescue team arrived at the area of ​​operation, it carried out the necessary coordination for the evacuation of a 35-year-old woman, moving to the dock of the Naval Sector and later in a private ambulance she was transferred to a local hospital to their corresponding medical attention, concluding the requested support.
