TOLUCA, Edomex. (May 13, 2021) .- A woman was brutally beaten on the streets of the state capital, by a subject identified on social networks as Julio César. The events were recorded by a security camera located on Antonio Alzate Avenue, La Merced neighborhood in Toluca.
In the scene, which occurred during the night, it is observed how the individual, with a robust complexion, rebukes, hits and kicks the woman against a wall and yells at her at the same time. She tries to run away, but slips and falls on the sidewalk.
