Braulio Arsagua Losada, CEO of Grupo Presidente, commented that undertaking a project of this magnitude is not easy at all, especially when everything “seems to be against you”, in the midst of a pandemic, however, today this dream can come true, he stressed.

“It requires effort, leadership, passion, vision, trust and faith,” he said.

The hotel was designed by the Yucatecan architects Agustino Quijano and Jorge Carlos Zoreda, whose style resembles the British Thomas Chippendale: “The important thing about a building is not that it means something to the architects, but to the people who walk through them,” said Arsagua Losada.
