Gerardo Octavio Solís, the state prosecutor, declared this Tuesday, five days after the kidnapping, that the lawyer and the two men were deprived of their liberty in the Lomas del Sol neighborhood when they were visiting a piece of land to demonstrate their legal ownership. Almost simultaneously and two blocks away, the other four subjects were kidnapped. Presumably due to problems related to the sale of land.

The subject, a partner of a construction and hotel finance company, was shot at on Tizoc and Teotihuacán streets by armed men who were following him while he was driving in his car.
