Aguascalientes, Mexico (April 2, 2021).— Small and medium-sized companies from Aguascalientes receive more than 34 million pesos from the state government so that their growth and job creation do not stop, which will mitigate the economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“The financial support comes from the Aguascalientes Financing System (SIFIA) program”, stated Governor Martín Orozco Sandoval, when he delivered the support that amounted to 34 million 850 thousand 618 pesos.

At the event, Manuel Alejandro González Martínez, head of the Ministry of Economic Development, highlighted that the support is granted to micro, small and medium-sized companies that have been operating for at least one year.

He explained that since the beginning of the current state administration, all the funds have been integrated through five financing programs, since the challenge is to meet the specific working capital needs of each of the companies.
