With the aim of minimizing the situations of risk of accidents and a possible criminal act, the Ministry of Public Security in Durango implemented a preventive operation during the Easter holiday period.

Staff of the State Police will implement itinerant operations through the various tourist sites of the entity, in coordination with the municipal corporations of both the Municipal Police and Civil Protection, as well as the Red Cross, to assist in preventive actions of accidents and crimes.
In this sense, the Secretary of Security stated that the personnel of the areas that are in the C-5 will also be in coordination with the security and rescue corporations, such as the personnel of the 911 emergency number, the Regulatory Center of Medical Emergencies (CRUM), the Cybernetic Unit, the Esmeralda Program and the anonymous complaint number 089, in order to give immediate response to the public in the event of an incident.
