With an investment of 550 million pesos, the New Hotel Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán Beach Resort was inaugurated offering 242 rooms.
Ernesto Coppel Kelly, the owner of the Pueblo Bonito Group, reported that the entire property is new from cables, pipes, drainage, ceilings, air conditioners, and furniture.
“We have 242 rooms, five consumption centers, restaurants, bars, and a special events room attended by 500 employees,” he reported.
Coppel Kelly, commented that the building is 33 years old since it was inaugurated the first time, his first hotel.
Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán Beach Resort does not have a timeshare, Ernesto Coppel clarified, so it is a pure hotel, used only for hotel rentals.
But despite the fact that it is time for a pandemic, Coppel Kelly said that the only thing left to do was invest, but they continued working the same with the appropriate sanitary protocols.
“The construction of the Pueblo Bonito hotel in San Miguel de Allende has already started, despite being on the canvas with so many complications, we got up on the tenth round to win,” he said.
Pueblo Bonito San Miguel de Allende will be a small hotel with 125 rooms with a residential component of 30 houses and 20 condominiums, common areas, pools with a beautiful view towards the Church of San Miguel.
Another of the investments that the hotelier announced was in ST REGIS, San Reyes, in Los Cabos, where it is building 150 rooms with a component of 60 villas and houses.
Miguel Torruco Marqués, Federal Secretary of Tourism, and the State Governor, Quirino Ordaz Coppel, participated in the opening event.
The remodeling of the Pueblo Bonito hotel began in February 2018, concluding in 2021.
