If during the next holiday break you have the idea of ​​traveling to Veracruz to rest and relax after the intense confinement that the country has experienced due to the Covid-19 pandemic, these are the costs of the booth to leave from Mexico City.

After the Amozoc toll booth you must go to the Esperanza booth which is located on the Acatzingo – Ciudad Mendoza highway; This toll costs 136 pesos; to which are added the 32 pesos from the Fortín booth on the Ciudad Mendoza – Córdoba highway. 

Finally, to get to the port, you must take the Córdoba-Veracruz highway and cross the Cuitláhuac and Paso del Toro toll booths, with a price of 111 and 105 pesos, respectively.

If what you want is to get to Xalapa, then the road is a bit different. 

You must drive along the Mexico – Puebla highway and go through the same booths to Amozoc, only instead of continuing towards Acatzingo you must go to the Ixtenco – Oriente junction and cross the Cuapiaxtla booth, which costs 75 pesos; then the Cantona del Libramiento Perote booth, which has a price of 119 pesos; and finally cross the Las Vigas toll booth from the junction to Xalapa, which costs 149 pesos. The total cost of the trip would be 586 pesos and 1,172 for the round trip.
