La Paz, Baja California Sur.- At 00:40 hours, a sanction was filed for the bar Jack Bar, located on Callejón Artesanos and Ignacio Zaragoza streets. According to the police report, the officers in charge of security in the area realized that the establishment was operating after the time established by law.
Faced with this situation, the agents proceeded to speak with the owner, identified as Daniel “N”, who stated that only the workers and their partners were in the place, that there was no service at that time.
However, several police units arrived at the place at 01:07 hours and the Alcohol Inspector drew up a report for the distribution, sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages outside the legal hours.
