Hey there travel bugs! it is Dianne and Guillermo again, we retired early in 2018 to pursue the dream of financial independence.

✔️Average Weather – 55 – 85F degrees year round – Sunny most days of the year – No or few natural disasters exposure

✔️Cost of living – Good exchange rate with USD – Low cost, fresh food – Low cost utilities or alternatives (ie: solar panels, rain catchments, etc.) – www.numbeo.com ranking

✔️Easy Transportation – Rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft – Subway, bus or train system – Bike lanes

✔️Distance to international airport – Less than 45 minute drive

✔️Distance/Access to beach -Walking distance preferred -Two hour drive max -Quiet Beach
