They present to the market a new vertical real estate development whose concept was born in Tulum
MÉRIDA, Yuc.- Currently in the Mérida real estate market, 160 apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms are for sale in two residential towers to be built in the Altabrisa neighborhood called Arthouse.
It is a construction in which a team of architects, decorators and artists of international stature intervenes as exposed on the project page .
The company responsible for this new real estate proposal is Kelman Desarrollos, with a strong presence in the Yucatan Peninsula.
The original idea was born in Tulum in 2015, when Diego Jansenson, a real estate developer, and Luciano Gerbilsky, an architect, decided to expand their projects from Mexico City to Tulum.
Arthouse became a benchmark in Tulum and in 2019, through a joint initiative with Kelman Desarrollos, it was agreed that Arthouse’s innovative concept would be moved to Mérida.
Art and galleries will be part of the residents’ daily lives
Arthouse Mérida will be a place where art, gastronomy and cultural spaces will converge for those who inhabit and visit it.
You can find a private art collection with more than 300 works that will make each space a place of contemplation.
In fact, according to the Arthouse page in the development there is a residency system for artists, which offers accommodation to great creators of international stature, who in return dedicate themselves to creating, redefining, and reinventing freely with works that become part of the exclusive Arthouse gallery.
In this way, tenants can enjoy a knowledgeable environment, in the company of artists and works of art.
There will also be boutiques, signature restaurants, social clubs, an art and design market, a 50-meter swimming pool and a Kids Park.
The 160 apartments can be purchased furnished, if the owner so wishes. They range from 61 to 222 square meters and in the towers there will be four penthouses of between 376 and 539 square meters.
