Upon arrival, we will go through a review process that may include temperature checks, as well as a series of questions related to health and your latest trips.
Employees will wear masks or face masks at all times and we ask all of our customers (ages 10 and up) to do the same when in shared or indoor public spaces, as well as when welcoming our room service staff.
The use of masks is strongly recommended for children 2-9 years old.
In some territories, additional or more stringent mask use regulations may apply that are in compliance.
Following the rules imposed by the local health authorities, there may be changes in the hours of our restaurant service and facilities.
